Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and medical histories.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Prescribe medications and treatments according to established protocols.
  • Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
  • Monitor and manage chronic medical conditions.
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records.

Requirements:

  • Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician's Assistant (PA) license.
  • Graduate degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
  • Experience in Family Medicine or primary care setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environments.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p

Daily Volume: 12 per shift

Duties: Conduct comprehensive health assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, develop and implement patient care plans, etc.

Support Staff: Physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams

Must be board-certified
