Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations on patients.
- Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses.
- Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed.
- Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate and updated medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
- Active NP or PA license in the state of practice.
- Certification in Family Medicine or relevant specialty.
- Demonstrated experience in primary care or family medicine settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Shift Information: 12-hour days
Schedule: 4 days on/3 days off or 1 week on/1 week off
Average Daily Volume: 14 patients
Must be board-certified
