Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and care
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on medical best practices and regulations
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician's Assistant license
- Experience in a hospital setting is preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Willingness to adapt to changing healthcare environments
Flexible Schedule: 10-hour day or weekend shifts
Beeper call shifts required
Patient Volume: 3-5 new patients per day
Duties: Completing initial H&Ps, managing medical conditions, etc.
Must be board-certified
