**Assignment Overview:**

**Start Date:** As soon as possible  

**Coverage Requirement:** 3 weeks/month  

**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM  

**Onsite Responsibilities:**  

- Daily presence in the Clinic and Cath Lab  

- Night call and weekend coverage are not required  

**Patient Volume:**   - Approximately 20 outpatients per clinic day  

- Two full Electrophysiology (EP) lab days each week  

**Practice Environment:**  

- Operating in both hospital and clinic settings  

- Comprehensive support from clinic staff and Advanced Practice Providers  

**Electronic Medical Record System:**   - Cerner  

**Essential Procedures/Competencies:**  

- Proficiency in various Electrophysiology procedures  

**Qualifications:**  

- Board Certification in Electrophysiology (mandatory)  

- Active Michigan Medical License upon name clearance (mandatory)  

- Local provider status (mandatory)  

 - COVID-19 vaccination (mandatory)  

- DEA registration confirmed verbally at name clearance (mandatory)
