**Schedule Overview:**

- Shift: 10:30 PM - 7:30 AM - Key Dates:  

- September 16-24  

- October 11-20

  - December 10-16 -

 Preference for physicians available for the majority of the scheduled dates

**Practice Specifications:**

- Specialty: Emergency Medicine - Annual ED Volume: Approximately 42,000 visits

- Average Overnight Patient Volume: 2 patients/hour - Electronic Medical Record System: Epic

- Trauma Level: III - Patient Demographics: Both Adult and Pediatric 

- Coverage Model: Double and Triple physician coverage until 2:00 AM

- Support Staff: Strong NP/PA support available

- Facility: 220+ bed regional hospital

**Qualifications Required:** - ABEM or AOBEM certification - Board Certified or Board Eligible

- Active Indiana medical license preferred

- Indiana Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) required

- DEA registration required

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
