Responsibilities

**Skills and Procedures:** -

 Adult Outpatient Care - Pediatric General Outpatient Care -

 Gynecological Services, including Pelvic Exams and Pap Smears

- Electrocardiogram (EKG) Interpretation

**Job Details:** - Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - Patient Load: Approximately 20 patients per day

- Support Staff: One Medical Assistant (MA) and one Patient Access Representative (PAR) assigned to each provider

- Current Electronic Health Record (EHR) System: Cerner

**Qualifications:** - Board certification in Family Medicine is required

- Active Michigan medical license must be obtained prior to clearance

- Proven experience in Family Medicine is essential

- Candidates should be local to Michigan

- A Self-Query from the National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) must be executed within the last month
