1. Santa Rose- 1 day per week needed- provider's home address must be within 50 mile radius
2. Ukiah- 2 days per week needed- provider's home address must be within 50 mile radius 

Provider’s own office locations- Provider must have their own office

• Susanville, CA- 1 day per week needed- 50 mile radius required
• Crescent City, CA- 2 days per week needed- 50 mile radius required
• Ft Irwin, CA- 1 day per week needed- 30 mile radius preferred
• Sonora (general area)- 1 day per week needed- preference is 50 mile radius but will consider furthur out due to how rural the area is.

This job is part-time, as needed. 

You can choose to work either 4 hours a day or 8 hours a day. 

The work includes one-time health exams for veterans and some health checks after they leave the service. 

Most of the exams involve talking to the patient, but some include simple physical tests, like checking how far they can move their arms or legs and measuring muscle strength.

There will be no prescription writing and no treatments given. The hiring process is quick, and we can get you started soon. 

We are looking for people with backgrounds in these areas:

- Family medicine - Internal medicine

- Orthopedic surgery

- General medicine or experience with compensation and pension evaluations 

**Requirements:**

- You should know how to perform METs testing, as well as evaluate and diagnose breathing and heart issues. - You need to have your own laptop (not a Mac or Apple).

- You should have AANP certification.

- You need an active medical license that is not restricted.

- You must be willing to take extra training to become DMA certified.

- Your CV (resume) should include your current home address.

**Certification Needs:**

- You must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.

- You need to have a state medical license in California
