**JOB DETAILS:**  

**Practice Setting:** Hospital rounding with surgical interventions as required  

**Schedule:** 24-hour on-call coverage  

**Call Schedule:** To Be Announced  

**Documentation System/EMR:** EPIC  

**DATES OF COVERAGE:**   - August 14-16  

- September 11-13  

- November 26-29  

- December 26-27  

- January 1-3  

**Procedures/Surgeries Required:**  

- Aneurysm Repair  

- Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG)  

- Heart Valve Replacement  

**Additional Procedures Required or Preferred:**  

- Proficiency as a Cardiothoracic Surgeon  

**Travel Reimbursement Information:**  

- Flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate. Any additional expenses must receive prior approval from the facility.  

**Qualifications:**  

- Completion of a fellowship in cardiovascular surgery  

- Board certification in Cardiovascular Surgery  

- Active South Carolina medical license  

- Current ACLS certification  

- Submission of a self-query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation  

- Candidates must possess a clean professional background to be considered for temporary assignments.
