**Schedule/Availability Requirements:
** From December 24 at 7 AM to January 2 at 7 AM, with a 24-hour shift from 7 AM to 7 AM. Ongoing coverage is unlikely to be necessary.
**Duties:** Hospital rounding and on-call responsibilities.
**Required Procedures:** Experience in gallbladder procedures, hernias, colorectal surgery, surgical oncology, endocrine surgery, endoscopic surgery, and various minimally invasive and laparoscopic techniques is essential.
**EMR System:
** EPIC
**Patient Load:** Approximately 40 patients per day.
**Additional Questions:
** - Endoscopy: Required - Laparoscopy: Required - Vascular Surgery: Yes, as around 30% of trauma cases are penetrating, occasionally requiring vascular repairs.
**Annual ER Admissions:** Over 40,000.
**Hospital Trauma Level:** LEVEL II
**Common Cases:** The locum will encounter a mix of abdominal and colorectal procedures and trauma cases, which are similar across other procedures.
**Qualifications:** - Board Certified or genuinely Board Eligible
- REQUIRED - Candidates from Arkansas or those needing state licenses (must apply for licensure upon accepting the offer) - REQUIRED - Current ACLS and BLS certifications
- REQUIRED - Preferably clean malpractice history.
**Certification Requirements:** - Board Certified - Board Eligible
**State License Requirements:** Must hold a valid license in Arkansas.
