**Responsibilities:**

- Exhibits proficiency in leading and managing multiple client engagements simultaneously.

- Accountable for the comprehensive development and maintenance of client service strategies.

- Oversees assurance, accounting, and tax engagements with a focus on quality and compliance.

- Manages all facets of production processes and client invoicing.

- Leads and nurtures work teams to effectively meet and exceed diverse client expectations.

- Actively engages in and supports firm-wide strategic initiatives.

- Participates in the Team Development and Performance Management Program to enhance personnel capabilities.

**Qualifications, Skills, Experience, and Personal Attributes:**

- CPA designation with a minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting.

- In-depth technical acumen and specialized knowledge in relevant industries.

- Proficient in presenting complex information confidently and articulately to both team members and clients.

- Proven track record in cultivating strong client relationships and providing strategic advisory services.

- Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality client service consistently.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.

- Ability to analyze market trends and identify organizational growth opportunities.

- At least 1 year of experience in a coaching or mentoring role, fostering team development.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

- Proven capacity to generate substantial leads, establish contacts, and secure new business.

- Maintains a thorough understanding of applicable professional standards, emerging laws and regulations, and corporate governance frameworks.
