**Position Overview:**
This role entails comprehensive oversight of indirect lending operations within a dealership framework. The primary objective is to enhance management of relationships with automotive dealerships, streamline loan origination workflows, uphold credit quality standards, and amplify profitability through targeted dealer engagement strategies. The incumbent will spearhead initiatives to cultivate and sustain a high-performance dealer network that aligns with the Bank’s overall lending objectives and risk appetite.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Dealer Relationship Management:** - Establish, nurture, and expand partnerships with auto dealerships to enhance loan volume and ensure high-quality origination consistency.
2. **Dealer Network Development:** - Identify potential dealership partners that align with the Bank’s strategic lending goals. Facilitate onboarding processes and provide comprehensive training and support to integrate these partners into the lending ecosystem effectively.
3. **Performance Monitoring & Strategy:** - Conduct in-depth analyses of dealership lending performance trends and metrics to inform pricing strategies, propose product enhancements, and drive targeted business development initiatives.
4. **Team Leadership:** - Oversee and mentor the team engaged in dealership lending operations, promoting a culture characterized by accountability, service excellence, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
5. **Compliance & Risk Management:** - Ensure that all dealership lending activities adhere strictly to regulatory standards and internal risk management protocols, effectively identifying and mitigating potential risks.
**Qualifications:**
- 10+ to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership capabilities combined with advanced relationship management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of dealership operations and automotive finance.
- Expertise in credit risk assessment methodologies and pricing models.
- Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel; basic proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
