General Overview: The role requires proficiency across various plant operations and responsibilities.
The individual will be tasked with relief duties in several key areas, including: Milk Receiving, Vat Operations, Table Operations, Molding Operations, Brine Room Attending, and Packaging Leadership.
A comprehensive understanding of all production, packaging, sanitation, and whey plant processes is essential.

#### Core Responsibilities:
- Execute all duties associated with the Vat Operator position.
- Fulfill all responsibilities related to Table Operations.
- Manage Cook/Operator functions effectively.
- Oversee the Milk Receiving process.
- Operate Loaders as required.
- Lead in all aspects of Production as needed.
- Perform Scale Operator duties.
- Operate Reverse Osmosis (RO) equipment as necessary.
- Carry out responsibilities as a Recon Attendant.
- Undertake additional tasks as needed to ensure the safe, sanitary, and efficient operation of the facility.
- Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel and ensure compliance with relevant state and federal health and safety regulations.
- Commit to safety practices, ensuring that every employee departs in the same condition as they arrive.
- Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and operate within corporate standards regarding regulatory compliance, food safety, quality assurance, and sanitation requirements.
#### Compliance and Training:
- Follow all quality, safety, and GMP policies, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
- Attend mandatory training sessions, including Safety, GMP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), and Safe Quality Foods (SQF).
- Actively monitor and execute corrective actions as necessary for critical control points outlined in the plant's HACCP plan.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.

#### Minimum Qualifications:
**Education and Experience:**
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a cheese manufacturing environment is required.
- Must be able to obtain a Weighing/Sampling License.
- Must acquire a Pasteurization License.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**
- Proficiency in basic mathematical concepts.
- Familiarity with computer systems and basic SAP functions.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
