 This full-time, on-site position is ideal for an associate-level professional looking to make a significant impact in the field of women's health within a supportive and collaborative medical practice environment.

As a key member of our Ob/Gyn department, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to our patients, focusing on both obstetric and gynecological services. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to patients
  • Conduct regular check-ups, screenings, and preventive care
  • Perform surgeries and medical procedures as required
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Educate patients on health issues and treatment options
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Ob/Gyn practices
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
  • Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to providing compassionate patient care
  • Experience in a medical practice setting is preferred

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 4 days per week

Call: Typically 1:5, supported by laborists

Clinic and hospital coverage

Clinic Census: 15+ per day

Delivery Volume: 40-50 per month, shared among physicians

General OB/GYN caseload

Current Team: 5 full‑time OB physicians + 4 NPs

Must be board-certified

Compensation & Perks:

$300k+ base salary and collection-based productivity bonus
