Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages
• Conduct thorough examinations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Develop and implement patient management plans
• Perform routine preventive care and health screenings
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits
• Stay current with medical research and advancements in Primary Care

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• State medical license to practice in the state of Massachusetts
• Experience in Primary Care or related field is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Willingness to stay updated on medical practices and guidelines

Position Overview:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week
• Call required
• Setting: PACE clinics, homes, assisted living, and nursing facilities
• Provide comprehensive primary care to older adults with complex medical and functional needs in the PACE Program
• Spanish speakers preferred
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
