As a Radiologist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and interpreting medical images, collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. This position is essential to our mission of delivering exceptional medical services, and you will be involved in various diagnostic imaging procedures and initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and analyze medical images including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to discuss findings and recommendations
- Perform interventional procedures as necessary
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient data and imaging reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions
- Stay current with advancements in radiology techniques and technologies
- Provide education and support to patients regarding imaging procedures
- Comply with all medical regulations and standards to ensure patient safety
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with a valid medical license
- Completion of residency in Radiology
- 1-3 years of experience in a Radiology practice
- Strong proficiency in interpreting various imaging modalities
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with medical teams
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities
- Commitment to high standards of patient care
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
Flexible part-time and full-time coverage options
Partner Call: 1 weekend per month and occasional evenings
Setting: Onsite
Daily Volume: ~75 RVUs
Skillset: 50% MSK, 50% general DX
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
