As a Urologist , you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive urological care to our patients. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments
• Diagnose and treat a variety of urological conditions
• Perform urological procedures and surgeries as needed
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on urological health
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Completion of residency in Urology
• Strong clinical skills and a patient-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
• Basic knowledge of urological procedures and treatments
• Licensure to practice medicine in the state of Maryland

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts

Rotating call shifts

Setting: Inpatient with 1 day per week in the OR

Cases: Prostate, bladder, and kidney diseases and cancers

Required Procedures: Minimally invasive surgery and traditional open surgery

Current Team Structure: 3 MDs, 3 APPs

Board certification required
