We are currently seeking entry-level MD (Medical Doctor) and DO (Osteopathic Doctor) candidates in Family Medicine . In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing primary care services to patients, promoting health, and preventing diseases within the community. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical examinations and medical histories of patients.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
  • Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
  • Provide counseling on lifestyle modifications and preventive healthcare.
  • Collaborate with specialists and healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and updated medical records.
  • Participate in continuous medical education and training programs.

Requirements:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the state of Dover.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach towards patient care.
  • Knowledge of electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality and patient-centered healthcare.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 4-day workweek

Limited call, 1:30

Daily Volume: 16-18 patients

EMR: Veradigm (formerly Allscripts)

Board certification required
