We are currently seeking experienced MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) specializing in Gastroenterology . In this role, you will play a crucial part in diagnosing and treating patients with digestive system disorders. Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations and physical examinations of patients with gastrointestinal problems.
- Perform diagnostic procedures such as endoscopies, colonoscopies, and imaging studies.
- Interpret test results and develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
- Prescribe medications and recommend lifestyle changes to manage gastrointestinal conditions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in gastroenterology treatments and technologies.
- Educate patients about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Requirements:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Gastroenterology.
- Valid state medical license to practice as a Gastroenterologist.
- Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating various gastrointestinal disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills for accurate diagnosis.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shifts
Call shifts required, fellows take first call
Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
High volume of EUS and ERCP cases
Full subspecialty support
