We are currently seeking entry-level MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) candidates . As a General Surgery Doctor, you will play a crucial role in providing surgical care to patients, contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team. This position involves working on a variety of surgical projects, from routine procedures to complex surgeries, ensuring the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Performing surgical procedures with precision and accuracy.
• Evaluating patients to determine surgical eligibility and treatment plans.
• Monitoring and managing post-operative care and recovery.
• Collaborating with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Participating in patient consultations and providing surgical recommendations.
• Ensuring compliance with medical and ethical standards.
• Keeping accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participating in continuous education and training programs.

Requirements:

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Valid medical license to practice as a General Surgery Doctor.
• Strong surgical skills and knowledge of surgical techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.
• Willingness to stay updated on advancements in the field of general surgery.

About the Position:

• Schedule: 6a-3p
• 24/7 beeper call when on rotation
• Setting: Clinic and operating room
• Cases: Bread & butter, Endo, C-Sections
• Support Staff: 2 CMAs, 1 practice manager, 1 office nurse/triage, and 1 office coordinator
• Preferred Experience: 5+ years
• Board certification required
