We are currently seeking a skilled MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Ob/Gyn).In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive healthcare services to women, focusing on reproductive health, pregnancy, and childbirth. Your expertise will be vital in diagnosing and treating various gynecological conditions, ensuring the well-being of patients and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

As an MD/DO Ob/Gyn ,you will be involved in a wide range of projects, including conducting routine check-ups, performing surgical procedures, delivering babies, and providing prenatal care. Your role is essential in promoting women's health, addressing reproductive issues, and offering compassionate care to patients. Responsibilities:

  • Conducting physical examinations and evaluating medical histories of patients.
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds and blood work.
  • Diagnosing and treating gynecological conditions, such as endometriosis and ovarian cysts.
  • Performing surgical procedures, including hysterectomies and cesarean sections.
  • Monitoring and managing pregnancies, from prenatal care to postpartum support.
  • Counseling patients on reproductive health, family planning, and menopausal issues.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participating in educational initiatives and research projects related to women's health.

Requirements:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Valid state medical license and DEA registration.
  • Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating gynecological conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Experience in surgical procedures related to Ob/Gyn practice.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts

1:3 call rotation, building up to 1:5

Patient Census: 15-20

EMR: Cerner

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
