We are currently seeking a skilled MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) specializing in Obstetrics and Gynecology (Ob/Gyn) In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing comprehensive healthcare services to women, focusing on reproductive health, pregnancy, and childbirth. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the well-being of our patients and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

As an MD/DO Ob/Gyn , you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at diagnosing and treating medical conditions related to the female reproductive system. Your role will be pivotal in conducting routine check-ups, performing surgeries, and guiding expectant mothers through prenatal care. Responsibilities:

  • Conducting physical examinations and evaluating patient symptoms.
  • Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, such as ultrasounds and blood work.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans for various gynecological conditions.
  • Performing surgical procedures, including cesarean sections and hysterectomies.
  • Providing prenatal care and monitoring the health of pregnant women and their babies.
  • Counseling patients on reproductive health, contraception, and family planning.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Keeping accurate medical records and documenting patient progress.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Valid state medical license to practice as an Ob/Gyn.
  • Strong knowledge of women's health issues and treatment options.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical setting.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Shifts: 7a-5p or 7a-3:30p

Schedule: 3.5-4 days per week

Call Requirement: 1 day per week

Will cover two outpatient clinics

Daily Census: 18-23 clinic patients

Annual Volume: 600 deliveries

Full-scope OB/GYN care

Team: 6 OB/GYNs, 6 NPs, 3 US technicians

Must be board-certified
