As an Orthopedic Surgeon at Rinvio Recruitment, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional healthcare services while collaborating with a network of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities

  • Provide expert orthopedic surgical care to patients
  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-ups
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery
  • Participate in continuous education and training programs
  • Engage in community outreach and patient education initiatives
  • Document all patient interactions and surgical procedures accurately
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an orthopedic surgery residency program
  • Board certification or eligibility in orthopedic surgery
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Commitment to professional development and continuing education

Schedule: 5 days per week

1:6-1:7 general orthopedic call rotation

Setting: Clinic and OR

Case Mix: General orthopedic, hand, and wrist

Team Structure: 5-7 MDs, 12 APPs

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
