In this role, you will leverage your expertise in radiology to assess and interpret medical imaging, contributing to accurate diagnoses and patient care. Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures and interpret results accurately
  • Consult with physicians and healthcare teams on patient imaging needs
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality assurance measures
  • Stay updated with advancements in radiology techniques and technologies
  • Participate in the training and mentorship of junior radiology staff
  • Engage in continuous education and professional development
  • Contribute to departmental quality improvement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of patient imaging and findings

Requirements

  • MD or DO degree with board certification in Radiology
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical radiology setting
  • Proficient in various imaging modalities (X-ray, MRI, CT, Ultrasound)
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30a-5p

Call Requirement: 6 weekends per year

Setting: 100% remote

Daily Volume: 90-100 RVUs

Cases: Primarily general diagnostic/body imaging, can include MSK/neuro if interested

Team Structure: 9 partners

EMR: Epic

PACS System: Sectra

Dictation: Powerscribe 1

Workstation provided

Must be board-certified
