We are currently seeking entry-level MD (Medical Doctor) or DO (Osteopathic Doctor) candidates As an Anesthesiologist, you will play a crucial role in providing anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. This position is vital to ensuring the comfort and safety of patients during medical interventions, making it a key role within our healthcare team. You will be involved in a variety of projects, from administering anesthesia and monitoring patients during surgery to collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgery or other medical procedures
  • Monitor and adjust anesthesia levels during procedures to ensure patient safety and comfort
  • Manage and treat any complications that may arise during anesthesia administration
  • Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans
  • Document patient medical histories and anesthesia care plans accurately
  • Stay current on advancements in anesthesia techniques and technologies
  • Provide post-anesthesia care and monitor patients in the recovery room
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and protocols

Requirements:

  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid medical license to practice as an Anesthesiologist
  • Strong knowledge of anesthesia principles, practices, and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
  • Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

Schedule: 7a-4p

Call Requirement: 1:6 rotation, light volume

Daily Volume: 24-35 patients

Required Procedures: Nerve blocks, joint injections, radiofrequency ablations, epidurals, trigger point injections, facet injections, spinal cord stimulators, and peripheral nerve stimulators

Support Staff: PAs, MAs, PTs, and full office support

EMR: Home-Grown

Must be board-certified
