As a Mental Health Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to clients, developing treatment plans, and facilitating therapeutic sessions. You'll work collaboratively with a team of professionals to enhance the mental well-being of our clients and contribute to a supportive and healing environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for clients
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Evaluate clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and timely client records
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide crisis intervention and support when needed
  • Educate clients and families about mental health issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling or a degree in a related clinical area.

Must possess appropriate LPC, LMFT or LCSW certification or licensing in the state where practice occurs.
