In this role, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive emergency care, collaborating closely with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients in emergency situations
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
• Assist in emergency procedures and interventions
• Provide leadership and support to nursing staff and other team members
• Participate in continuous education and professional development

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Active NP or PA license in the state of New Mexico
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of emergency medicine practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus

Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts, minimum of 11 per month

No call shifts

Shifts available at multiple facilities

Annual Volumes: 62k and 90k

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified
