**Job Description:**

 

Position: Full-time, Day Shift  

Schedule: Four ten-hour shifts with no nights or weekends  

Call Requirement: Paid call shared equally among staff  

 

Team Environment: The center is known for its high-caliber, collegial, and outstanding nurse infusion team. Personnel will function as an integral member of the clinical patient care team, performing tasks and procedures that align with the training and licensure of an advanced practice provider.

**Qualifications:**

- Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is mandatory.

- AONCP certification (or in the process of obtaining) is required for NP candidates.

- PA candidates with oncology subspecialty training or additional oncology education are highly preferred.

- An active Oregon state license or willingness to acquire one is required.

- Candidates must demonstrate ties to Oregon, such as having family in the area or having previously resided in the state.

- Experience as an Oncology NP/PA in inpatient and/or outpatient settings is preferred (to be indicated in the "Experience" field). - A clean malpractice history and background are required.

- Submission of a NPDB self-query report is required.

 

**Certification Requirements:**

- Board Certification is required.

- Candidates must meet state licensing requirements for Oregon.

- Additional requirements include demonstrating ties to Oregon (i.e., family in the area or previous residency) and having an AONCP certification (or in progress) for NP candidates.
