Location -Ashtabula, OH 

**Job Requirements:**

- You must have a Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) - **This is mandatory.**
- You need an Ohio license or be willing to get one - **This is mandatory.**
- You must have Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or be willing to get them - **This is mandatory.**
- You need to obtain a DEA license before starting - **This is necessary.**

**Skills Needed:**

- You should have experience with managing Vascular Access Devices (VAD), Central Venous Catheters, Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA), Biopsies, and different types of Chemotherapy (Intrathecal, Intracavitary, Intrapleural, and Peritoneal) - **This is mandatory.**

**Job Duties:**

- You will participate in a Tumor Board, work with the Blood Bank, order tests and images, and write prescriptions - **This is mandatory.**

**Experience:**

- You need at least 1 year of work experience as a Hematology/Oncology Nurse Practitioner in a specific clinic or hospital setting. This must not include experience from being a registered nurse (RN), training, or working in general practice/internal medicine/family medicine - **This is mandatory.**

**Certification Requirements:**

- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Board Certification

**State License Requirements:**

- You must have a license from Ohio.
