**Job Summary:**
This job is about leading the hospital's operations during evenings, nights, and weekends. You will be in charge not only of the patient care areas but also the support services available at those times.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Act as a role model for clinical skills and make quick, good decisions in medical situations.
- Support staff through changes and show high energy in your work.
- Use good communication skills and treat everyone fairly according to the rules and agreements.
- Stay calm while managing different urgent activities or problems at the same time.
- Be dependable in keeping to your work schedule and inspire others with your work ethic.
**Qualifications:**
- You need at least 3 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Experience in solving conflicts is required.
- You should know how a busy hospital operates, especially in emergencies and critical care.
- Familiarity with staffing systems is preferred.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is necessary.
- You must show that you have continued your education and professional development in healthcare and nursing.
- You must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Travel for this position requires you to have your own vehicle.
**Certifications Needed:**
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
**State License Required:**
- You need a license to practice in Massachusetts.
