**Requirements:**
- You should have at least 2 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in a related field is needed.
- You need a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
- The job locations are: 71 Hospital Ave, North Adams, MA, and 725 North Street, Pittsfield, MA. The company will not pay for traveling expenses.
