Location- Vandalia, IL 

Occupational Therapists design and implement rehabilitation programs aimed at assisting patients in improving, regaining, and developing the essential skills required for daily living and professional activities. 

They employ a diverse range of techniques, including but not limited to therapeutic activities, neuromuscular re-education, the fabrication and provision of splints, recommendations for adaptive equipment, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and physical modalities.

 These professionals craft tailored programs that focus on enhancing activities of daily living. Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills are crucial for Occupational Therapists, as they strive to motivate patients and deliver compassionate care.

**Qualifications:** - A minimum of two years of professional experience is required.

- Experience working with adult populations is required.

- BLS certification (American Heart Association) is mandatory.

- An active Illinois Occupational Therapy License is required.
