This full-time, on-site position offers an exceptional opportunity for experienced professionals to provide specialized care in a fast-paced pediatric environment.

As a Pediatric ECMO Specialist, you will play a critical role in the management and care of patients requiring Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) support. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care, contributing to life-saving interventions for our youngest patients. 

Responsibilities

• Provide expert nursing care for pediatric patients on ECMO support
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and ECMO parameters
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient management
• Educate families on ECMO procedures and care
• Participate in ECMO protocol development and implementation
• Administer medications and perform critical interventions as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development

Requirements

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing
• Must have 2 years Prior ECMO Specialist Experience
• Must have Prior experience working with the pediatrics or NICU population
