As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing tailored treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will help improve patients' quality of life and restore their physical function, making a significant impact in our community. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation
• Stay updated with the latest practices and advancements in physical therapy

Requirements

• **Qualifications**

  - A degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program is required.  

• - Possession of a valid Physical Therapist License in the state of Oklahoma is mandatory.  
• - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required or the ability to obtain such certification within 30 days of employment.  
• - The candidate must demonstrate the capability to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment and take appropriate action when necessary.  
• - Strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision are essential.
