**Core Duties:**

- Provide a comprehensive range of physical therapy services in accordance with the scope of clinical privileges 

- Develop and document treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations.

- Implement manual exercises to enhance and sustain functional abilities.

- Instruct, motivate, and assist patients in engaging in various physical activities, including non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, daily living tasks, and the use of assistive and supportive devices such as crutches, canes, and prostheses.

- Perform soft tissue mobilization, utilizing knowledge of mobilization techniques and human physiology. - Administer traction to alleviate pain, employing appropriate traction equipment.

- Document treatment procedures, patient responses, and progress in the patient's medical record and/or automated systems.

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to gather additional patient information, propose modifications to treatment programs, and integrate physical therapy with other facets of the patient's healthcare. Communicate with referring physicians regarding patient care concerns as necessary.

- Conduct activities related to prevention and wellness, including education, screening, and the promotion of positive health behaviors.

**Work Schedule:**

Monday through Friday, with 8.5 or 9 hours of work scheduled between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including a designated lunch break. 

There will be no weekend or holiday work obligations. No on-call or call-back responsibilities.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

 **Education:** A Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or a Baccalaureate degree in Physical Therapy for graduates prior to January 1, 2002. - 

**Experience:** A minimum of two years of experience within the past three years, sufficient to meet clinical competency requirements. - 

**License:** An active, unrestricted license to practice in any state. - 

**Board Certification:** Not applicable. - 

**Life Support Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. - 

**Security:** Candidates must successfully pass a government background check and obtain a government security clearance.
