**Requirements:**
- Must be Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and planning to take the test) or Board Certified in Anesthesiology (this is a must).
- An Ohio medical license is required (or you should be ready to get one).
- DEA license must be obtained before starting the job.
- You should have a clean malpractice history and a clean medical license.
