**Core Responsibilities:**

- Deliver comprehensive, outcome-oriented nurse practitioner services within the scope of privileges authorized by the MTF. This includes supervising and administering general screening, medical assessments, and therapeutic interventions for routine, acute, and chronic conditions across all organ systems. Additionally, responsibilities encompass immunization administration, patient diagnosis, treatment, and counseling based on clinical indications.

- Provide technical direction and mentorship to other healthcare staff. Engage in evidence-based educational presentations and facilitate in-service training sessions to enhance staff competencies.

- Diagnose and manage patients presenting with common acute conditions, chronic disorders, or minor traumas in adherence to established clinical protocols, practice guidelines, Nurse Practice Acts, and in collaboration with supervising physicians as necessary.

- Advocate for preventive healthcare and promote health maintenance strategies through formal and informal patient education, including routine physicals and encouragement of positive health behaviors and self-management techniques.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to inform and coordinate care plans, educate patients and families, and enhance organizational health outcomes.

- Identify diseases requiring isolation measures and ensure adherence to universal precautions in all patient interactions to mitigate infection risk.

- Participate actively in staff meetings to contribute to case discussions, ongoing education, continuous quality improvement initiatives, and safety measures.

**Work Schedule:**

- Monday to Friday, between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM, with a maximum of 40 hours per week. -

 No weekend, holiday shifts, or on-call responsibilities.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

**Education**: Master of Science in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies.

- **Experience**: A minimum of two years in a family practice or primary care environment within the last three years. - 

**License**: Possession of an active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in any state. - 

**Board Certification**: ANCC or AANP certification for Nurse Practitioners; NCCPA certification for Physician Assistants. -

 **Life Support Certifications**: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - 

**Security Clearance**: Capability to successfully pass a government background investigation and obtain a security clearance.
