**Job Description:**
We are looking for someone who wants to help patients with heart problems, both in the hospital and in clinics.
It is important for you to have good skills in treating patients and to communicate well with others. You should also want to work as part of a team to provide excellent care to patients.
This is a job with a hospital, where you will spend half your time working in the hospital and half in clinics.
**Work Schedule:**
- You will be on call one weeknight per week (most of the time, you will only talk on the phone).
- For weekends, you will be on call one out of every five weekends, but we have support from advanced practitioners (APPs) who work on weekends. They will help manage patients in the hospital during the daytime and will also be available by phone at night if needed.
Our practice uses the latest technology for heart care, making it easier for patients to access high-quality treatment.
We have a team of experienced doctors who can handle many areas of cardiology, such as heart tests, pacemaker insertions, treatment for blood vessel issues, and more. Our team includes seven certified heart doctors and five advanced practitioners. We also have trained technologists for various heart tests and exercise specialists in our heart rehabilitation program.

**Qualifications:**
- Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine (required).
- Must be either Board Certified in Cardiology or Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and working towards Board Certification) (required).
- Must have a New York medical license (or be willing to get one) (required).
- Must have completed a Cardiology Fellowship before starting (required).
