**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to deliver comprehensive, full-spectrum care to a diverse patient demographic. 

The position entails 36 direct patient care hours weekly, supplemented by opportunities for professional development. 

On-site lab and imaging services enhance convenience and support integrated patient care. New providers will rapidly empanel patients, establishing themselves as vital members of the healthcare team.

The role includes participation in an after-hours on-call rotation alongside Family Medicine colleagues, fostering collaboration within a multidisciplinary team of physicians and advanced practice providers in a physician-led healthcare environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Board Certified or Board Eligible (completion of residency required) in Family Medicine.

- Active Colorado medical license or willingness to secure licensure.

- Clean malpractice history.

- Submission of the most recent NPDB Self Query Report (dated within the last 30 days).

- DEA registration (to be obtained prior to commencement of employment).

**Certification Requirements:** - Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.

**State License Requirements:**

- Active medical license in Colorado.

**Additional License Requirements:**

- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Internal Medicine is acceptable, with eligibility for a Colorado medical license being essential.
