**Job Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with a team of Gastroenterologists and 6 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), fostering a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
- Supported by a robust team including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Medical Assistants (MAs), pharmacists, and administrative staff, ensuring seamless operations.
- Emphasize a family-oriented, team-based culture that prioritizes workplace enjoyment and satisfaction.
- Notable staff and provider retention rates demonstrate a positive work environment.
- On-call Physician Assistants available 7 days a week, operating from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM on weekends.
- Utilize an extensive inventory of 190 gastroscopes and colonoscopes for outpatient and inpatient procedures.
- Benefit from dedicated outpatient support through a specific office nurse and an Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) nurse. - Conduct two dedicated office days per month, with the remaining time allocated for procedural work.
- Access to a dedicated operating room block for inpatient procedures, complete with anesthesia assistance.
- CRNA supervision provided, along with 24/7 anesthesia support, inclusive of holiday coverage.
- Endoscopy nursing and tech support available around the clock, including during holidays.
- Located in proximity to reputable school districts such as Spring Lake, Mona Shores, and Grand Haven, enhancing community integration.
**Qualifications**
- Candidates must be Board Certified or exceptionally Board Eligible in Cardiology, with the requirement to become certified within a 5-year period.
- Active DEA registration is mandatory.
- Current BLS Certification, with a commitment to maintaining recertification standards.
- Required to maintain a clean malpractice history and active state license.
