**Job Description:**
Join a well-known medical practice that sees many patients and has a skilled team. You will work in a place that has many new patients because of strong recommendations from our 11 clinics for primary care and 4 clinics for OB/GYN in Colorado Springs.
You will have help from a special nurse who focuses on gynecological oncology (GynOnc), a doctor who specializes in radiation for gynecological issues, and pathologists who know about gynecological conditions.
You will work in a large medical group with over 650 doctors and more than 500 advanced practice providers (APPs). You will also have support from other healthcare providers, such as pelvic physical therapists, nutrition experts for cancer, and counselors.
There will be chances for you to take part in research studies and to offer these to your patients.
You will work at a major trauma center with high-quality care.
**Daily Patient Load:
** You will see 15-22 patients each day, and you can decide how much time to spend with each patient, whether they are new or coming back.
**Who You Will Treat:
** Only adult patients, mostly in an outpatient setting.
**Call Duty:** You will share on-call duties with colleagues at a 1:2 ratio. You won’t be called in often because hospital doctors manage admissions, and you will only get called for specific patient consultations. You will be on call during weekends only when it’s your turn.
Both GynOnc and Radiation Oncologists will be available on-site, and we use the EPIC system for electronic medical records (EMR).
We welcome recent graduates from fellowship programs who will finish in 2024.
