**Position Opening: Full-Time Clinical Hematologist/Oncologist**

We are seeking a highly skilled and quality-focused Hematologist/Oncologist to join our cancer center team in West Michigan. This role is essential in expanding our services and providing exceptional care to the local communities.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Deliver comprehensive hematology and oncology care, encompassing initial consultations, ongoing treatment, and follow-up management for cancer patients.

- Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to optimize patient, family, and staff experiences.

**Our Oncology Service Line Includes:**

- Access to specialized services in:  

- Radiation Oncology  

- Neuro-Oncology  

- Surgical Oncology  

- Gynecologic Oncology  

- Breast, Thoracic, and Colorectal Surgery

**Network and Support Structure:**

- A robust cancer network serving West Michigan and the Lake Michigan shoreline, supported by a vast primary care referral system.

  - Advanced Practice Providers

**Qualifications:**

- Fellowship-trained in Hematology/Oncology

- Board Certified or Board Eligible (must achieve board certification within two years of eligibility)

- Michigan medical license (or willingness to obtain)

- Clean malpractice history - Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (active within 30 days)

- Copy of the latest NPDB Report (active within 30 to 60 days)

- DEA registration (or willingness to obtain)

- BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain)

**Certification Requirements:**

- ACLS - BLS - Board Certification

- Board Eligibility

- DEA registration - Michigan State License
