**Job Description:**

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our established hospital medicine program, directly employed and well-supported within a physician-friendly environment. 

Key features include: - *

*ICU Management:** The ICU is closed, with nocturnists responsible for running rapid response and codes; however, the management of ICU patients is exclusively handled by dedicated ICU providers. - 

**Procedural Requirements:** There are no required procedures for hospitalists. - 

**Shift Schedule:** The shift structure consists of 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), organized on a 7 days on/7 days off rotation. - 

**Patient Volume:** The average daily patient census is between 15 to 18 patients per physician. - 

**Team Structure:** Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) are integral members of our team.

We welcome applications from both upcoming 2026 graduates and recent graduates pursuing board certification (BC), as well as from experienced candidates.

 Eligible applicants must be Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.

Requirements: - Valid New York State License (or willingness to obtain)

- DEA registration (or willingness to obtain) - Clean malpractice history and license -

 Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (active within the last 30 days)
