**Job Description: OB/GYN Position**
We are looking for a doctor who is interested in both hospital and clinic work. Here are the important details about the job:
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor the health of pregnant women and their babies.
- Work with low-risk pregnancies, including those with twins, high blood pressure, or kidney infections.
- Interpret heart rate patterns during pregnancy (NST, CST, FSE).
- Perform and analyze ultrasounds for pregnant women.
- Manage normal deliveries, including vaginal births and deciding when a cesarean section (C-section) is needed.
- Handle complicated deliveries, such as C-sections, breech births, multiple births, and repairing serious tears after delivery.
- Provide minor gynecological care, including placing IUDs, doing cystoscopies, colposcopies, cryosurgery, and LEEP procedures. Also perform laparoscopic surgeries for conditions like ectopic pregnancies and ovary removal.
The outpatient clinic is nearby, with experienced staff available to help.
**On-Call Options:**
You can choose your on-call schedule, which we can discuss during the interview.
**Community Partnership:**
You will work with a local clinic that provides care for women in need.
**Qualifications Needed:**
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN (must get certified within one year of starting the job).
- Must have an Illinois medical license or be willing to get one.
- Must have certification in Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP).
- Experience in the procedures listed above is required.
- Clean malpractice history is preferred.

**State License Requirements:**
- Must be licensed to practice in Illinois and have experience with the specified procedures.
