**Job Description:**
We are looking for a doctor to work in a Level III NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit). The job includes:
- Working mostly in a clinic, about 3 to 3.5 days a week, and spending 1 day a week in the operating room (OR).
- Being on call with a team, taking turns every 4 to 5 weeks, including weekends; midwives will cover some calls every 3 weeks.
- Providing care for pregnant women and performing gynecological surgery, including robotic surgery (if you are interested in robotic surgery, that’s a plus).
You will join a supportive team and work in a clinic that offers traditional services and call duties.
**Requirements:**
- You need to live within 30 minutes of the hospitals.
- No need to supervise other staff.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
**Qualifications:**
- You must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible (this means you should be planning to take the test within 2 years).
- You must have a medical license in Ohio, or be willing to get one.
- You need to have a clean history with no malpractice or license issues.
- You need to have a DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration) registration, or be able to obtain one.
- It is highly preferred if you have an interest in robotic surgery.
**Important Terms:**
- Board Certified: You have finished all training and passed the necessary tests.
- Board Eligible: You are ready to take the tests within two years.
- DEA: This is a registration for doctors to prescribe medications.
- State License Requirements: You must meet the rules for practicing medicine in Ohio.
