**Job Description:**
At Hauenstein Neurosciences, we help people with different brain and nerve problems مثل epilepsy (seizures), strokes, Parkinson’s disease, sleep issues, and spine care. We use the latest technology and focus on healing the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. Our skilled team has a lot of experience and will create a special treatment plan just for you.
We have the only Neuro-Ophthalmology program in West Michigan. This means we check and treat problems that relate to vision and how the eyes move.
We offer: - Diagnosis and treatment for vision issues connected to the nervous system. - Help for sudden or unexplained loss of vision.
- Tests for vision such as seeing how well you see, checking your visual fields, how your pupils respond, and other eye checks. - Detailed information for patients and their families.
- A strong team approach, including nurses, medical assistants, Neuro-Ophthalmology technicians, social workers, patient support coordinators, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and vestibular rehabilitation specialists.
- We are proud to be a partner with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society for MS care.
As we grow, you may also see patients for general neurology visits.
We welcome new graduates, but you must be board certified within 2 years of becoming board eligible.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be truly Board Eligible (and board certified within 2 years) or Board Certified
– THIS IS REQUIRED - Must have a Michigan medical license (or be willing to get one)
– THIS IS REQUIRED - Preferred to have a clean malpractice record
- Must have a DEA (or be willing to get one)
– THIS IS REQUIRED - Must have BLS (or be willing to get one)
– THIS IS REQUIRED
**Certification Requirements:**
- BLS - Board Certified - Board Eligible - DEA
**State License Requirements:** - Michigan
