**Core Responsibilities:**

- Deliver comprehensive physician services per the privileges allocated by the MTF.

- Direct and facilitate the training of other healthcare professionals within the framework of clinical privileges and responsibilities.

- Conduct thorough examinations, diagnoses, and treatment regimens while prescribing appropriate courses of action based on training, experience, and designated privileges.

- Administer preventive care and health maintenance services, which encompass annual physicals, promotion of positive health behaviors, and development of self-care competencies through educational initiatives and counseling.

- Order necessary diagnostic tests; request consultations or referrals to relevant specialists, clinics, or health resources as deemed appropriate.

- Exhibit technical proficiency in supervising and mentoring medical staff, delivering educational lectures, and engaging in the provision of in-service training for clinic personnel. Such activities must align with governmental standards, professional clinical criteria, and established therapeutic protocols

**Schedule:** - Availability: Monday to Friday, 0730-1600, consisting of 8.5 hour shifts.

- No obligations for holidays, on-call duties, or weekend shifts.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- **Degree:** Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.).  

- **Education:** Graduation from an accredited U.S. medical school or a Canadian medical institution, or an institution recognized by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) of the American Medical Association (AMA), or from a college of osteopathy recognized by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA), including graduates with Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certification.

- **Certification:** Board certification in both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology through the American Board of Pathology; subspecialty certification is preferred but not obligatory.

- **Training:** Completion of an ACGME-accredited graduate medical education program in pathology or a relevant pathology subspecialty.

- **Experience:** Minimum of five years of autonomous clinical practice is requisite.

- **Licensure:** Must hold a current, full, active, and unrestricted medical license for practice in California.

- **Life Support Certification:** Current certification as a BLS Healthcare Provider from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
