**Position Overview:**

The client is exclusively seeking candidates for an on-site psychiatric role, as Telehealth options are not being considered. The schedule is structured for daytime shifts from Monday to Friday, requiring one weekend of coverage per month and weekly phone on-call responsibilities.

- Total bed count: 99

**Clinical Focus:**

The role involves managing a diverse array of treatment disorders, including but not limited to:

- Anxiety disorders - Affective disorders - Personality disorders - Developmental disorders - Psychotic disorders - Substance use disorders - Trauma-related disorders

**Electronic Medical Record System:

The facility utilizes Wellsky for EMR documentation.

**Competency Requirements:

**

Candidates should possess:

- Board Certification or eligibility (within 0-5 years post-residency) in Psychiatry.

- A current Delaware medical license or a commitment to obtain one.

- A recent NPDB Self Query Report, not older than 30 days.

- DEA registration (to be secured prior to the start date).

- CSR/CDS certification (also to be obtained prior to commencement).

- BLS certification or willingness to complete it.

**Licensure and Certification:**

- BLS certification required.

- Board Certification/Eligibility.

- Active DEA registration.

- Compliance with Delaware state licensing requirements. 

This position demands familiarity with involuntary commitment procedures and pharmacotherapy practices.
