**Candidate Specifications:** -
**Board Eligibility/Certification:
** Candidates must be TRULY Board Eligible (within five years of eligibility and planning to sit for the exam) or Board Certified in Rheumatology (no exceptions). -
**Ohio Licensure:** An unrestricted medical license in Ohio is mandatory; candidates must either possess it or be willing to obtain it. -
**DEA Certification:** A DEA license must be secured prior to starting employment (noted in "

**Malpractice and License Status:
** A clean malpractice history and license are required (strictly enforced). -
