**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Fellowship-trained Hand Surgeon to join our Level III Trauma Center, where you will benefit from shared evening and weekend call coverage (1:8).
You will find support from dedicated Advanced Practice Providers and work within highly collaborative multispecialty teams. Our institution boasts robust infrastructure and strong leadership support to facilitate your practice.
**Clinical Focus:**
The ideal candidate will have expertise across the full spectrum of hand and upper extremity care, including the management of complex fractures, nerve and tendon injuries, microsurgery, arthritis, and elective hand procedures.
You will enjoy dedicated OR time and the backing of experienced APPs, enabling you to build a thriving practice that caters to a large referral base.

**Qualifications:**
- Board certification in hand surgery or true board eligibility is required.
- Fellowship training in Hand & Upper Extremity Surgery is necessary.
- An active medical license in both Iowa and Illinois is mandatory.
- Strong clinical and surgical acumen with a genuine commitment to comprehensive care in hand and upper extremity surgery is essential.

- A Self-Query NPDB must be submitted within 30 days of application and at the time of presentation.
