**Job Description:**
- Provide complete urology care for adults and children.
- Work in both clinics and hospitals.
- Work together with a urologist and a nurse at Brattleboro Memorial Hospital.
- Perform surgeries in new, modern operating rooms.
- Help with urology emergencies in the emergency department.
- Participate in a light on-call schedule, working one week a month with four doctors.
- No work with trauma cases or robotic surgeries.
- Use Cerner Community Works for patient records and documentation.
- Work full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- See about 14 to 16 patients each day.
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a community hospital.
- Support future planning for the department through regular patient care.
- Work with a team to ensure proper diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be board certified or eligible in Urology - REQUIRED
- If board eligible, please include your graduation date - REQUIRED
- Must have a clean malpractice history - REQUIRED
- Must have an active Vermont license (must be obtained before starting) - REQUIRED
- Must have completed a urology residency program in the U.S. or Canada (please note in additional details) - REQUIRED
**Certification Requirements:**
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Board Certified
- Board Eligible
- DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration)
- State License Requirements: Vermont
- Additional License Requirements: Must have passed the certification exam.
